About This Blog

While I have always tried to be an optimist, there were times in 2010 that I was besieged with doubt, depression and even despair. It wasn't until I started focusing on the blessings in my life, no matter how small they might have seemed to be, that my attitude started to change.

This year, I will be photo-journaling my Gratitude Journal. While I hope that you find inspiration in my posts, it is more for myself than it is for you, the reader.

If you take away anything from viewing my posts, let it be this:

There IS a blessing in your life.. whether you know it or not, whether it is something HUGE or seemingly little. Your job is to find it, focus on it, be THANKFUL for it. The rest will follow.
